| 摘 要： | ２６例糖尿病并肺结核患者发生器官衰竭，死亡２１例，总病死率为８０．８％。各器官衰竭的频率依次为肺、心血管、胃肠道，而以心血管衰竭病死率最高（９３．３％）。２个、３个脏器衰竭病死率分别为５７．１％和８５．７％，４个及４个以上脏器衰竭病死率则高达１００％。结果表明糖尿病并肺结核时一旦出现器官衰竭常有较高的病死率。衰竭脏器越多，病死率越高。

| Abstract: | Multiple organ failure in 26 cases of diabetics accompanied by pulmonary tuberculosis showed that the frequency of organs involved in successive order was:lungs, heart, kidney and gastrointestinal tract. 21 of them died with a total mortality of 80.8%.The mortality of cardiovescular failure(93.3%)was the highest. The mortality in patients with 2, 3 or 4 organ failures was 57.1%,85. 7%and 100%, respectively. The results showed that the mortality increased in case of multiple organ failure. The more organs involved the higher the mortality rate. |
