注射用复方荭草冻干粉针剂对兔离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察注射用复方荭草冻干粉针剂(FFHC)对离体家兔心脏缺血再灌注损伤的作用。方法采用离体兔心脏Langendorff灌流,使心脏停灌45m in后复灌,模拟缺血再灌注损伤。以冠脉灌注量、灌注液LDH与CK、以及病理组织学检查为检测指标。结果FFHC高、中剂量组对心脏缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用,能提高缺血再灌注心脏的冠脉灌注量,抑制缺血再灌注损伤心肌CK和LDH外漏,拮抗缺血再灌注所造成的心肌的组织学损伤。结论FFHC对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of FuFangHongCao Freeze-dried Powder Injection(FFHC) on rabbit heart ischemia-reperfusion injury in vitro.MethodsTo simulate the ischemia-reperfusion model by blocking perfusion for 45 min,and then reperfusion on rabbit heart with Langendorff perfusion installation in vitro.The flux liquid of coronary artery,LDH and CK activities of perfusion liquid,and pathological histology were assayed.ResultsGroups of high and medium dose of FFHC significantly enhanced the flux liquid of coronary artery of ischemia,inhibited the CK and LDH activities of perfusion liquid,and improved the pathological histology of ischemia-reperfusion.ConclusionFFHC can protect the heart injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion.
