弥漫性间质性肺病患者支气管肺泡灌洗液中谷胱甘肽浓度测定

谷胱甘肽（ＧＳＨ）缺乏可能增加肺上皮细胞对氧化剂损伤的易感性。为进一步研究ＧＳＨ缺乏在弥漫性间质性肺病发病机制中的作用，笔者分别测定了特发性间质性肺泡炎（ＩＩＰ）、过敏性肺泡炎（ＨＰ），结缔组织病合并间质性肺泡炎（ＣＰ），肺结节病患者（Ｓａｒ）支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）中ＧＳＨ水平。结果显示ＩＩＰ，ＨＰ，ＣＰ患者ＢＡＬＦ中ＧＳＨ浓度显著低于对照组，提示肺内ＧＳＨ缺乏可能参与上述疾病的发病机制。

Measurement of total glutathione concentration in BALrecovered from the patients with diffuse interotitial lungdisease

n order to investigate the change of glutathioneconcentration in BAL from the patients with diffuseinterstitial lung disease. We measured the levels ofglutathione in BAL from the patients with interstitiallung disease, including idiopathic interstitialpneumonitis (IIP), hypersensitivity pneumonitis (HP),collagen disease with pneumonitis, and sarcoidosis.The result showed that the glutathione coneetration inBAL of the patients with IIP, HP, coliage disease withpneumonitis, were significantly lower than that of thecontrol group, but compared with the control group.the glutathione concentration of the patients withsarcoidosis did not show signilicant diference. The re-sults may provide further insight into the pathogenesisof oxidant-induced interstitial lung disease and itstherapy.
