| 摘 要： | 应用彩色多普勒血液显像检测２９例肺部肿块的血流状况，并结合二维超声图象进行诊断及鉴别诊断，结果表明：５例肺部良性肿瘤均无明显血流信息；１例肺动－静脉瘘确诊；３例肺内炎性假瘤和２０例肺癌有丰富的血供，两者的峰值血流速度及阻力指数有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５；Ｐ＜０．０１）。显示彩色多普勒对部分肺肿块是一种有效的无损伤性术前诊断方法。

| Abstract: | he status of blood supply was examined in twen-ty-nine patients with pulmonary masses with colordoppler flow imaging. The results showed that thereare no significant blood signals in 5 benign masses.One patient with pulmonary arterio-venous fistula canbe diagnosed.Pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumorand 20 lung cancers have rich blood supply. The peckforward velocity and resistance index between themhave obvious difference statistically(P<0. 05,P<0.01).It is concluded that color doppler can be regard-ed as an useful and noninvasive method before opera-tion in diagnosing some pulmonary masses. |
