白芍总甙的毒性研究

摘    要:用简化机率法求出iv与ip白芍总甙的LD_(50)分别为159和230mg/kg;给小鼠ig白芍总甙>2500mg/kg,观察一周,未见明显中毒症状,亦无死亡。长期毒性实验采用大鼠(每日ig 50、1000和2000mg/kg,连续给药30与90d)和狗(每日ig 280与560mg/kg连续给药90d)。长期给药后这两种动物除血小板数目增高外,它们的摄食、体重、血尿常规、肝肾功能等均无明显改变,对两种动物的心、肝、肾、脑等18个重要脏器与组织的病理组织学观察亦无明显毒性作用。

Abstract:The toxicities of total Glucosides of Paeony(TGP)were studied. The iv and ip LD50 of single dose of TGP were found to be 159 and 230mg/kg respectively. Single dose of TGP>2500mg/kg ( ig ) gave no any toxic symptom nor death. In long-term toxicity test, 50, 1000 and 2000mg/kg·d-1 ig on 30~90 consecutive days to rats and 280 and 560mg/kg·d-1 ig on 90 consecutive days to dogs respectively, revealed no significant toxicity in general physical signs, body weight, appearance. behavious, routine urine test, routine blood test, liver and kidney function tests, histological examinations of important organs, blood biochemistry tests and electrocardiogram, except that the platelet numbers of both animals increased.
