宫腔填塞沙条加欣母沛治疗产后出血69例疗效分析

目的探讨宫腔塞纱加欣母沛治疗产后出血的疗效。方法选择2004年1月~2009年5月121例产妇,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组52例常规给予包括按摩子宫、注射催产素、舌下含服、肛门给米索前列醇等治疗,治疗组69例在对照组的基础上用宫腔塞纱加欣母沛,比较两组产后出血情况。结果治疗组产后出血的治愈率,产后2h,24h平均出血量均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用宫腔填塞纱条加欣母沛止血治疗产后出血,疗效确切,值得推广。
