| Abstract: | To study the relationship between neuroendocrine index and stress. Methods:The Renin, angiotensin, aldosterone, Glucagon and ACTH in orthopaedic patients were tested just after hospitalization and before operation. Results: The ACTH, glucagon, angiotensin, aldosterone just after being hospitalized were sgnificantly higher than those before operation. Conclusion: Psychological stress can lead to neuroendocrine system change. |
