| 摘 要： | 目的 观察胰岛素强化治疗肝移植后糖尿病的疗效。方法 对
2004年2月---2008年3月21 例确诊肝移植术后糖尿病患者予胰岛素强化治疗2－4 周。结果 21 例患者治疗结束时血糖均控制理想，空腹及餐后2 小时血糖均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05）。结论 对肝移植后糖尿病患者予胰岛素强化治疗，可以有效控制高血糖。

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate insulin for intensifying the clinical efficacy in the post liver transplantation diabetes mellitus (PTDM).
Methods: 21diabetic patients were received repeated dministrationof insulin for 2－4weeks. Results:Blood sugar was obviously declinedin all patients when treatment was over comparing with prodose and admi-nistration for 2 hours (p<0.05). Conclusion: This efficient program could effectively control hyperglycemia when using insulinfor intens-ifying the clinical efficacy in the post liver transplantation diabe-tic patients. |
