白术同源四倍体农艺性状和抗氧化酶活性的研究

摘    要:为了从12个白术同源四倍体株系中筛选出抗氧化活性高,且长势良好的优良品种,测定了白术田间株系的农艺性状及具有清除活性氧能力的SOD,APX,POD等酶的活性。白术同源四倍体株系表现出根茎叶的巨型性等明显的多倍体性状,四倍体株系SOD,APX,POD的比活力普遍高于二倍体,说明白术同源四倍体具有比二倍体更强的清除活性氧能力,对外界不良环境的影响具有更高的抗逆性。SOD,APX,POD的比活力与鲜重之间有很强的相关性,相关系数分别为0.663,0.798和0.918。因此SOD,APX,POD的比活力可以作为评价植物产量的一条新途径,为优良品种的前期选育研究提供了新的思路。

Abstract:In order to select excellent lines which contain high anti-oxygen activity and grow rapidly from 12 autotetraploid lines of A. macrocephala, the agronomic characteristics and the activities of SOD, APX and POD of 12 lines were determined. All of the autotetraploid lines revealed typical characters of polyploid plants. The average activities of SOD, APX and POD of autotetraploid lines are higher than those of diploid. It shows that the autotetraploid lines have the stronger capability to clear reactive oxy gens than diploid, and have the greater resistence to the harmful environment. The relative activities of SOD, APX and POD were closely related to fresh weight, with the correlation coefficient of 0. 663, 0. 798 and 0. 918 respectively. It indicates that the relative activities of SOD, APX and POD can be used as a new approach to research the yield and breeding of superior variety of A. macrocephala.
