摘    要:目的 观察兔单纯性肺挫伤后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的动态变化,研究其与挫伤后肺水肿的关系。方法 新寺大白兔13只,雌雄不拘,体重1.9 ̄2.8kg,随机分为正常对照组(兔数=3)1液压致伤组Ⅰ(兔数=5)、液压致伤组Ⅱ(兔数=5)。后两组应用液压损伤装置,造成不同程度的单纯性肺挫伤,分别于伤后1,2,4,8,12,24h测定血清IL-6浓度,伤后24h取肺标本测定肺湿/干重量比并行病理学

Abstract:Objective To study relation between serum concentration of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and lung edema after isolated lung contusion in rabbits. Methods Different degrees of isolated lung contusion were produced by using fluid percussion device. Then, after 1,2,4,8,12,24 hours respectively, the serum concentration of IL-6 was detected. After 24 hours, the lungs were taken to detect lung wet weight or dry weight ratio and make phathologic assay. Results After lung contusion, the serum concentration of IL-6 was arised within 2 hours and reacher peak at 8 hours, which was correlated with the arising of lung wet weight or dry weight ratio and severity of pulmonary contusion. Conclusions The serum concentration of IL-6 is a sensitive and early marker of tissue damage degree of lung contusion and may play a key role in pathogenesis and progress of pulmonary edema in pulmonary contusion.
