| 摘 要： | 目的:通过中药膝康对退行性膝关节病的治疗,探讨中药膝康注射液治疗退行性膝关节病疗效,确定中药在治疗退行性膝关节病中的应用价值。方法:对34例(40膝)退行性膝关节病患者,经过膝康注射液关节内注射治疗,16周后进行治疗前后对比观察分析。结果:在治疗前后对比观察的34例退行性膝关节病中,治疗后关节疼痛、最大步行距离、关节功能、日常活动能力、关节肿胀等体征优于治疗前(P0.05)。结论:本药物疗效确切、安全性高、副作用小,是一种治疗退行性膝关节病的有效方药。
