| 摘 要： | 银杏叶制剂每次２片（４０ｍｇ／片），ｔｉｄ，ｐｏ，疗程１ｍｏ，治疗冠心病２８４例，男性１５３例，女性１３例，年龄６０．２±ｓ１．４ａ，缓解心绞痛总有效率为９０．１％，显效率为６２．２％。缺血性心电图的总好转率为７７．６％，明显降低ＴＧ和ＴＣ，提高ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ水平，与治疗前比，Ｐ均＜０．０１，并能明显改善血液流变学、降低ＬＰＯ和提高ＳＯＤ活力的作用。

| Abstract: | Two hunder and eight-four patients( M 153,F131,age 60.2±s 1.4 a)with coronary heart disease were treated with Ginkgo biloba leaves proparation(GBLP)80 mg(40mg/tablet),po tid.After one month,the clinical total effective rate for the patients with angina pectoris was 90.1%,marked effective rate was 62.2%; total effective rate for the patitents with ischemic electrocardiogram change was 77.6%, It could regulate lipid, such as decreased TG,TC and increase HDL-ch;their total improvement rate were 47.1%,52.5%,and 63.9%,respectively; after administation of GBLP, the results showed that differenee of effect was significant(P<0.01).Moreover it could improve blood viscosity,decrease LPO and increase E-SOD. |
