| 摘 要： | 目的：研究健步壮骨丸(浓缩丸)的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法鉴别处方中黄柏、牛膝、知母，并检查乌头碱限量。结果：采用TLC法鉴别了黄柏、牛膝、知母；制定了乌头碱的限量检查方法。结论：TLC方法简便，灵敏，阴性无干扰，重视性好，结果可靠，可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。检查乌头碱的限量，可以控制乌头碱的毒性，也可作为该制剂的质量控制指标之一。
