| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨淋巴细胞热休克蛋白（HSPs）表达水平与肺癌之间的联系。方法]采用流式细胞术测定152例肺癌患者和313名健康对照外周血淋巴细胞HSP27、72、73的表达水平。结果]肺癌患者HSP27、72、73的表达水平（分别为17．9±3．5、18．0±3．8、19．5±9．5）显著低于对照组（分别为19．9±7．4、20．0±8,6、22．7±12．2），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；HSP27与HSP72表达水平显著正相关，Person相关系数为0．642；多元Logistic回归分析显示，随着淋巴细胞HSP27、73表达水平的升高，发生肺癌的风险不断降低（HSP27 OR=0．936，95％CI：0．893—0．982，P=0．006；HSP73 OR=0．969，95％CI：0．947—0．991，P=0．006）。结论]淋巴细胞热休克蛋白表达水平降低可能与肺癌的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the association of heat shock proteins （ HSPs ） expression levels in peripheral lymphocytes with lung cancer. Methods ] Flow Cytometry was used to detect HSP27, 72 and 73 expression levels in peripheral blood lymphocytes in 152 patients with lung cancer and 313 controls. Results ] The expression levels of HSP27, 72 and 73 in lung cancer patients （ 17.9 ± 3.5, 18.0 ± 3.8, 19.5 ±9.5 ） were significantly lower than those in the healthy controls （ 19.9 ± 7.4, 20.0 ± 8.6, 22.7 ± 12.2, P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression level of HSP27 was significant correlated with that of HSP72 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The elevated levels of HSP27 and HSP73 were associated with a significantly decreased risk of lung cancer （ HSP27 OR = 0.936, 95% CI： 0.893-0.982, P = 0.006; HSP73 OR = 0.969, 95% （71： 0.947-0.991, P = 0.006 ）. Conclusion ] It suggested that low expression levels of HSPs in lymphocytes might be associated with the development of lung cancer. |
