摘    要:目的]探讨淋巴细胞热休克蛋白(HSPs)表达水平与肺癌之间的联系。方法]采用流式细胞术测定152例肺癌患者和313名健康对照外周血淋巴细胞HSP27、72、73的表达水平。结果]肺癌患者HSP27、72、73的表达水平(分别为17.9±3.5、18.0±3.8、19.5±9.5)显著低于对照组(分别为19.9±7.4、20.0±8,6、22.7±12.2),差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);HSP27与HSP72表达水平显著正相关,Person相关系数为0.642;多元Logistic回归分析显示,随着淋巴细胞HSP27、73表达水平的升高,发生肺癌的风险不断降低(HSP27 OR=0.936,95%CI:0.893—0.982,P=0.006;HSP73 OR=0.969,95%CI:0.947—0.991,P=0.006)。结论]淋巴细胞热休克蛋白表达水平降低可能与肺癌的发生有关。

Abstract: Objective] To investigate the association of heat shock proteins ( HSPs ) expression levels in peripheral lymphocytes with lung cancer. Methods ] Flow Cytometry was used to detect HSP27, 72 and 73 expression levels in peripheral blood lymphocytes in 152 patients with lung cancer and 313 controls. Results ] The expression levels of HSP27, 72 and 73 in lung cancer patients ( 17.9 ± 3.5, 18.0 ± 3.8, 19.5 ±9.5 ) were significantly lower than those in the healthy controls ( 19.9 ± 7.4, 20.0 ± 8.6, 22.7 ± 12.2, P 〈 0.01 ). The expression level of HSP27 was significant correlated with that of HSP72 ( P 〈 0.01 ). The elevated levels of HSP27 and HSP73 were associated with a significantly decreased risk of lung cancer ( HSP27 OR = 0.936, 95% CI: 0.893-0.982, P = 0.006; HSP73 OR = 0.969, 95% (71: 0.947-0.991, P = 0.006 ). Conclusion ] It suggested that low expression levels of HSPs in lymphocytes might be associated with the development of lung cancer.
