| 摘 要： | 目的观察在缓解期双肺俞、大椎穴注射黄芪注射液联合皮质类固醇吸入防治支气管哮喘的远期临床疗效.方法将70例支气管哮喘缓解期的患者随机分为2组.对照组35例使用二丙酸倍氯米松(必可酮)气雾剂吸入;治疗组35例在对照组用药基础上加用黄芪注射液行双肺俞、大椎穴注药.将2组疗效及用药前后观察指标做对比.结果治疗组疗效、治疗后年复发次数及病情轻重改善程度明显优于对照组;两组皮质类固醇每日吸入量、β2-受体激动剂每月用量治疗前后有显著性差异,治疗组体液免疫功能较对照组普遍提高,肺通气功能、动脉血气分析与对照组比较亦有显著差异.结论缓解期穴位注药防治成人支气管哮喘有较好的远期临床疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of acupoint-infusion with beclomethasone dipropionate inhalant on the catabasis of bronchitis asthma. Method Patients with asthma were divided randomly into 2 groups (each n=35). Group 1 (the control group) was treated with beclomethasone dipropionate inhalant. Group 2 (the treatment group) was treated with beclomethasone dipropionate inhalant and acupoint-infusion (Huangqi Injection injected in double Feishu (BL13) and Dazhui (GV14). The curative effects and indexes of two groups were observed. Result The total effective rate in Group 2 was 97.14% and 88.57% in Group 1. The difference between two groups was significant. Conclusion The acupoint-infusion has better long-term curative effect on bronchitis asthma. |
