| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经桡动脉穿刺行经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI）的临床观察与护理对策。方法对216例经桡动脉穿刺行PCI患者的术前准备、术中配合、术后观察与护理进行总结、归纳。结果本组患者穿刺成功率96.7%,均顺利完成手术,无严重并发症发生。结论正确的健康宣教及精心的术前心理疏导、术中配合及术后护理是减轻患者痛苦、提高患者舒适度、确保手术顺利进行、减少并发症的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effects and nursing countermeasures of percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） through transradial artery.Methods The preoperative preparation,intraoperative coordination,postoperative observation and nursing countermeasures of 216 cases treated with PCI through transradial artery were summed up.Results The curative rate was 96.7% and no serious complications were found.Conclusion Proper health education,careful preoperative psychological counseling,intraoperative coordination and postoperative nursing are important measures to relieve pain and improve comfort level,which contributes to successful operations and the decrease of complications. |
