| 摘 要： | 军队离退休干部是一个特殊的群体,由于长期工作在国防建设和国家安全领域,受特殊的军事环境影响,致使他们形成了特殊的行为方式和人格特点。探讨影响军队离退休干部心理健康现状的生理-心理-社会因素,建立心理健康动态监控和评价方法,寻找心理教育和心理危机的干预途径,提高生理心理健康整体水平,是摆在军队医疗保健工作者们面前的重要课题。

| Abstract: | Military retire cadres were a special group characterized by special action pattern and personality.So the article made a discussion on the current situation of them based on the analysis of bio-psycho-social factor.A method of dynamic monitoring and evaluating was established.The author considered that intervening psychological crisis and enhancing psychological health level of retire cadres were the important study for the military healthcare workers. |
