充血性心力衰竭患者血浆内皮素和心钠素的变化及氨力农对其影响

对24例充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者静脉滴注氨力农（Am）前后的血浆内皮素（ET）和心钠素（ANP）浓度进行测定。结果显示，CHF患者血浆ET和ANP浓度显著增高，静脉滴注Am后，血浆ET和ANP浓度下降，与治疗前比较差异显著（P＜0．001）。提示CHF患者血浆ET和ANP浓度增高，ANP可能是ET的内源性生物效应拮抗剂，短期应用Am可降低ET和ANP浓度。

Changes of plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide concentrations in patients with congestive heart failure and effect of amrinone on them

Changes of plasma endothelin(ET) and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) concentrations were observed after intravenous amrinone (Am) in 24 patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and 15 notmal controls. Results showed that plasma ET and ANP concentrations of patients with CHF were significantly higher than those of the normals (all P <0. 001). Thus,present study demonstrates that plasma ET and ANP concentrations were increased significantly in patients with CHF. It may act as a physiological antagonist between ET and ANP and have influence on the pathophysiology of CHF.
