新生儿窒息后肾功能损害的临床分析研究

摘    要:目的研究分析新生儿窒息肾功能损害的发生及其预后。方法对240例窒息新生儿(轻度窒息156例,重度窒息84例)进行血清尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)的检验。结果 240例窒息新生儿中BUN>7.14 mmol/L为108例,占45%;Cr>88.4μmol/L为102例,占42%;重度窒息组BUN、Cr值明显高于轻度窒息组(P<0.05)。窒息程度重,并发严重肾功能损害的病死率高。结论检验BUN与Cr仍是目前诊断肾功能损害的可靠指标,能及时反映肾功能损害的情况。

Abstract:Objective To study the occurrence and prognosis of renal impairment in neonatal asphyxia. Methods BUN and Cr in 240 cases of asphyxia neonate (156 mild asphyxia cases, 84 severe asphyxia cases) were measured. Results Among 240 cases of asphyxia neonate, BUN〉7.14 mmol/L were in 108 cases (45 %), Cr〉88.4 pmol/L were in 102 cases (42 %); BUN and Cr values of severe asphyxia group were higher than those of mild asphyxia group (P〈0.05). The more severe the degree of asphyxia, the higher fatality rate of complicating severe renal impairment. Conclusion BUN and Cr test is a reliable indicator in diagnosis of renal impairment, which can reflect renal impairment in time.
