摘    要:目的:探讨和研究分级检验法用于血脂生化检验的效果。方法:检测对象为2012年1月~2013年1月之间我院住院患者200例,采集标本分别进行分级检验及传统拉网式检验,对总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(IApo AI)及载脂蛋白B(Apo B)等检测结果进行对比。结果:从TC、TG、HDL-C对比上来看,两组检测结果并无显著差异(P0.05),从LDL-C、Apo AI、Apo B的检测结果上来看,分级检测组的阳性率要显著高于传统组(P0.05)。结论:分级检验法作用于血脂生化检验能够有效的缩减检验成本,提高检验效率和准确率,是一种新型有效的检验方法,值得提倡和推广。

Abstract:Objective: To explore and research Grading Test Method for blood biochemical examination results. Methods: the objects were between 2012 January -2013 January in our hdspital, 200 cases of hospitalized patients, specimen collection grading test and traditional dragnet inspection were respectively, the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein AI (Apo AI) and apolipoprotein B (Apo B) and were compared with the test results. Results: by the look of TC, TG, HDL-C, significant difference between the two groups were not detected (P〉 0.05), results from the testing of LDL-C, Apo AI, Apo B's point of view, the positive rate of grading test group was significantly higher than the traditional group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Grading Test method effect on blood biochemical test can effectively reduce the test cost, improve test efficiency and accuracy, is a new effective method, is worth advocating and promoting.
