| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾上腺髓质素（ａｄｒｅｎｏｍｅｄｕｌｉｎ，ＡＭ）在哮喘急性发作期的病理生理作用。方法用放射免疫测定的方法对哮喘急性发作期患者及健康对照组血浆ＡＭ和ＥＴ－１含量进行测定，并做相关分析。结果哮喘急性发作期血浆ＡＭ及ＥＴ－１浓度均较健康对照组显著升高（Ｐ＜００１，Ｐ＜００５），ＡＭ与ＥＴ－１浓度呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０４５，Ｐ＜００５）。结论哮喘急性发作期血浆ＡＭ浓度显著升高，这对于扩张支气管和抑制气道炎症可能起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pathophysiogical role of adrenomedullin (AM) in patients of acute attack of asthma . Methods Plasma ltvels of AM and endothelin (ET)-1 were determined by radioimmunoussay in patients of acute attack of asthma and normal subjects ,And their correlationship was analysed . Results Plasma levels of AM and ET-1 were significantly incteased in patients with asthma than those in normal subjects (P<001,P<005,respective).AM levels significanthy correlated with ET-1 levels (r=045,P<005) ConclusionZPlasma levels of AM were significantly increased in patients of acute attack of asthma ,which probably played an important role in dilating bronchia and supressing airway inflammation. |
