| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT三维成像对于颌面骨骨折的诊断价值。方法：对42例颌面骨外伤骨折患者行多层螺旋CT扫描，并进行三维成像。结果：42例中，上颌骨骨折13例，下颌骨骨折18例，颧骨骨折5例，牙槽突骨折2例，鼻骨骨折4例，全部病例通过多层螺旋CT三维成像，均能够立体、直观、更加完整地显示骨折的全貌。结论：多层螺旋CT三维成像对颌面骨骨折的诊断和指导治疗有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of three-dimensinal(3D) reconstruction from multislice spiral CT(MSCT) imaging in maxillofacial fractures.Methods:The maxillofacial fractures in 42 cases were examined with MSCT and 3D reconstruction was performed.Results:Of 42 cases,maxillary fractures were revealed in 13 cases,mandibular fractures were revealed in 18 cases,zygomatic fractures were revealed in 5 cases,nasal bone fractures were revealed in 4 cases.The stereoscopic,direct,and intergral 3D images from MSCT in 42 cases could show the overall situation of maxillofacial fratures.Conclusion:The 3D images of maxillofacial from MSCT is important for diagnosis and treatment. |
