| 摘 要： | 通过文献调研、专家咨询了解科技查新工作过程中的各项质量影响因素，汇集分析出科技查新质量评价指标初选集，然后通过2轮专家调查，分别利用灰色理论中的灰类决策系数法筛选出关键评价指标，灰色关联度分析法确定各指标权重，最终构建了包括查新资源、查新队伍、查新报告、业务管理4个一级指标15个二级指标的科技查新质量评价指标体系。
