摘    要:目的:初步探索太子参块根膨大过程中的生长规律,为太子参的营养调控和高产栽培提供一定的理论依据。方法:太子参出苗30d后每隔15d定期取样,洗净,按块根、须根、茎、叶、花和果实等生长部位分开,测定各种指标。结果:太子参干物质积累量、地下部分体积、块根直径、块根长度、膨大块根数、叶片数、开花数、须根长度、株高等性状均呈现先增加后减少的趋势,但超过出苗105~120d后会逐渐消减,各指标达到最大值的时间约在75~105d左右,块根干物质积累量比地上部分出现峰值的时间晚15~30d,而且,全株干物质积累会随着时间的推移逐渐向地下部位转移。结论:太子参块根干物质动态积累变化规律可利用Ration方程Y=(a+bx)/(1+CX+dx^2)(30≤X≤120)进行模拟,决定系数达到0.95以上,对生产有一定的指导意义,初步探讨出太子参生长规律。

Abstract:Objective: To explore growth law during the storage root thickening of Pseudostellariae Radix, and provide theoretical foundation for the nutrition regulation and high-yield cultivation. Methods: After 30 d of Pseudostellariae Radix emergence, took samples, cleaned, separated by growth zones : storage root, fibrous root, stem, leaves, blossoms and fruits, then determined a variety of indexes every 15 d. Results: The character indexes of dry matter accumulation, underground part volume, storage root diameter, storage root length, Enlargement stor-age root amount, leaves number, blossoms, fibrous root length, thickening storage root and plant height etc., showed the tendency of reducing after increasing at first, but when the emergence date exceeds 105-120 d they gradu-ally decreased. They reached their to Pindexes around 75-105 d after the emergence. The dry matter accumulation of storage root was 15-30 d later than the aerial part, while that of the whole plant transferred to the underground part with time going by. Conclusion: The law of dynamic accumulation alteration can be imitated by the Ration equation [ y = ( a + bx) / ( 1 + cx + dx^2) ( 30 ≤ x≤ 120 ) ], the determination coefficient can reach above 0. 95. It has directive significance on Pseudostellariae Radix produce, this research preliminarily explores the growth law of Pseudostellariae Radix.
