| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高龄病人围手术期处理方法。方法回顾性分析2001年至2005年间83例高龄伴高血压手术病人的围手术期处理方法,其中高血压I期48例、Ⅱ期33例、Ⅲ期2例;EKG表现心肌缺血(ST段压低)21例,房性早搏12例,室性早搏9例,房颤3例,预激综合征3例;束支传导阻滞6例。结果2例高血压冠心病患者停用阿司匹林5、7天后手术,仍然出现手术切口广泛渗血;1例重症胆管炎(ACST)术后感染性休克、多器官功能衰竭而死亡。全组没有围手术期心脑血管意外及心血管意外造成死亡病例。结论积极的围手术期处理是高龄患者安全度过手术的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the methodS of management for perioperative period senile patients.Methods 83 cases(age from 60 to 82) with hypertension of various surgical procedures from 2001 to 2005 were analyzed respectively.21 cases with myocardial ischemia,21 cases with premature beats,3 cases with atrial fibrillation,3 cases had preexcitation syndrome,6 cases with bundle-branch block.Results All of the patients were undergone surgery.Two patients had wound hematoma due to petienta received aspirin.One case died of ACST(Acute cholangitis of severe type).No cases of cardiovascular accident and cerebrovascular accident were happened.Conclusion Active protection and careful management of during perioperotive period are the important method of obtaining safe and effective result. |
