| 摘 要： | 目的:观察心悸宁丸对快速型心律失常的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将快速型心律失常病例(室上速、室速、房扑、房颤者除外)随机分成心悸宁丸治疗组与倍他乐克片对照组,治疗组与对照组入选比例为2:1,疗程为4周。结果:治疗组134例,对照组65例,心悸宁丸治疗组临床症状改善总有效率为92.5%,倍他乐克片对照组总有效率为63.1%,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。两组心电图疗效比较,心悸宁丸治疗组总有效率为78.4%,倍他乐克片对照组总有效率为61.5%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:心悸宁丸具有抗心律失常作用,能显著改善患者心悸不安、胸闷痰多、心烦失眠等临床症状,未见不良反应。
