某市基层医务人员艾滋病知识态度调查报告

目的 :了解基层医务人员艾滋病的知识、态度及培训情况 ,为进一步做好医务人员的艾滋病知识培训工作提供依据。方法 :选择某市所属的三个县 ,分别对各级各类医务人员进行问卷调查。结果 :(1)调查对象对艾滋病的病原体、传播途径等回答正确率较高 ,而对窗口期定义、艾滋病常见临床症状、普遍性防护原则以及感染者是否可以正常生活等问题回答正确率较低。 (2 )村医及个体医生对在农村高危人群中推广使用避孕套预防艾滋病、性病认识不足 ,89.2 %的调查对象认为推广避孕套的阻力在于缺乏宣传和认识。 (3) 6 9.4%的调查对象接受过专业培训 ,最需要了解的知识是艾滋病的预防和诊断。结论 :基层医务人员迫切需要进一步的专业培训 ,根据各类医务人员所从事的工作特点加以强化。同时 ,加大在农村高危人群中推广避孕套使用的宣传力度。

A Survey on AIDS Knowledge and Attitude of Medical Staff in Grass-roots

In order to understand AIDS knowledge level and attitude and training of medical staff in grass-roots so as to improve their training work, 900 medical staff was chosen to fill in questionnaires in three counties in X municipality. The results showed that the percentage of the answer to pathogen, transmission routes, detection method was higher. The percentage of the right answer to definition of "window period", common clinic symptoms, preventive principles and whether or not HIV infection can live normally was lower. Medical Staff in grass-roots had not understood significance of using condom to prevent transmission of HIV and STD in high risk population. 89.2% medical staff considered that resistance of condom spread was due to scantiness of cognition and propaganda. 69.4% medical staff were received training of AIDS. Training work must be strengthened according to medical staff occupation. Meanwhile, application of condom in HIV high risk population must be propagated.
