| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中晚期肺癌BAI BAE的临床疗效与价值。材料与方法：49例经X线、CT、MRI、内窥镜及病理组织学证实为中晚期肺癌的病例，对肿瘤供血动脉行超选择性DSA检查并BAI BAE治疗。结果：经BAI BAE治疗后，全部病例临床症状均明显改善。其中半年生存率为94％(46／49)，一年生存率为86％(42／49)。结论：BAI BAE对治疗失去手术机会的中晚期肺癌是一有效的治疗手段，近中期疗效明显，有着广泛的临床应用价值。
