关节镜下诊断和治疗膝关节疾患

目的通过对105例膝关节疾患的关节镜检查和治疗，探讨关节镜的治疗效果和临床应用价值，以及术中应该注意的方面。方法105例患者行膝关镜检查，随访72例。随访时间6～38个月，平均14个月。疗效标准采用综合评价的方法来评定。结果优良率为87．5％。结论关节镜手术是一种安全实用的诊断和治疗方法。对反复发生膝关节疼痛而难以确诊的患者应早期施行关节镜检查和治疗。

Diagnosis and treatment on knee joint diseases with arthroscopy

Objective: To study the therapeutic effects, value of the clinical application and some noticing problems of arthroscopy. Methods: Arthroscopy was performed in 105 cases. Seventy-two patients were followed up from 6 to 38 months with an average of 14 months. The synthetic score methods were applied. Results: The excellent and good results were obtained in 87.5% of the patients. Conclusion: Arthroscopy is the safe and practical method on diagnosis and treatment.The patient who suffered from knee pains of unclear causes frequently should be performed soon with arthroscopy.
