去纤酶治疗进展型脑梗死35例

目的:观察去纤酶对进展型脑梗死的疗效.方法:进展型脑梗死65例,分为治疗组35例,应用去纤酶第1天10 kU,第3,5天各5 kU•d 1,均静脉滴注,以后治疗同对照组;对照组30例,给予静脉滴注奥扎格雷80 mg•d 1,肠溶阿司匹林50 mg•d 1,po.均治疗15 d.治疗前后做神经功能评估,观察凝血因子Ⅰ及血液流变学变化.结果:治疗组显效率74.3%,有效率为82.9%;对照组显效率23.3%,有效率40.0%(P＜0.05).结论:去纤酶治疗进展型脑梗死疗效好.

The Effect of Defibrase in the Treatment of 35 Patients with Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To study the curative effect of defibrase in the treatment of patients with progressive cerebral infarction(CI). Methods:65 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. 35 patients of the treatment group received each 10 kU of defibrase on day 1 and 5 kU on day 3 and day 5 by i.v. instillation followed by a daily i.v. instillation of 80 mg of ozagrel sodium and 50 mg of aspirin p.o. until day 15 was reached. 30 patients of the control group were given each a daily i.v. instillation of ozagrel sodium and 50 mg of aspirin p.o. for 15 consecutive days. Appraisal of nervous function, determination of plasma fibrinogen and monitoring of changes in blood rheology were carried out before and after the treatment. Results:The rate of excellent curative effect and total effective rate were 74.3% and 82.9% in the treatment group, and 23.3% and 40.0% in the control group, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion:Defibrase was shown to have a striking effect in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.
