| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺增生更为有效的治疗方法。方法对我院自2003年8月～2007年7月收治的3285例乳腺增生患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，2005年8月以前，采用单纯中医疗法治疗乳腺增生患者1434例，为中医组；2005年8月以后，采用中西医结合治疗乳腺增生患者1851例，为中西医结合组。结果中医组总有效率为86．5％，复发率15．1％；中西医结合组总有效率为96．7％，复发率7．5％，两组间总有效率和复发率均存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗乳腺增生疗效更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach an effective method to treat hyperplastic disease of the breast. Methods The clinical data of 3285 cases of hyperplastic disease of the breast treated in our hospital from August 2003 to July 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.
