摘    要:应用高效液相色谱电化学检测方法测定了小柴胡汤对大鼠不同脑区单胺类神经递质及其代谢产物含量的影响。结果表明,小柴胡汤200mg/Kg,p o一天两次,给药7次可显著升高下丘脑DOPAC和5-HIAA的含量,降低下丘脑、大脑皮层中5-HT/5-HIAA比值和纹状体DA/DOPAC比值,提示小柴胡汤对上述脑区单胺类神经递质的更新率有一定促进作用。

Abstract:The effct of XCHT on the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters in discreted regions of rat brain was determined by using high performance layer chromatograph with electrochemical detection. The results show that XCHT 200 mg/kg p. o. two times daily for 7 times, significantly increase the content of 3 , 4-dihydroxypenzylacetic acid (DOPAC) and 5-hydroxyindonic acid (5-HIAA) in rat hypothalamus and decrease the ratio of ser~ otonin/5-HIAA in hypothalamus and cerebral cortex and the ratio of dopamine/DOPAC in striaum. The experimental results suggests that XCHT may have the promoting effect on the turnover of monoamine neurotansmitter in above regions of rat brain.
