脂联素基因-3971A/G多态性与脑梗死关系的研究

目的探讨脑梗死患者(CI)与脂联素基因-3971A/G多态性的关系。方法运用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,对126名对照者和150例CI患者的脂联素基因启动子3971多态性进行检测。结果对照组和CI组的基因型频率分别为67.20%、26.40%、6.40%;82.00%、16.67%、1.33%,经分析发现两组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组的等位基因频率分别为80.40%、19.60%;90.33%、9.67%,经分析发现两组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。CI组的脂联素基因-3971位各型的TG、血糖、收缩压均明显高于对照组(P0.05),而TC、HDL-Cn、onHDL-C、LDL-C、舒张压在两组间无统计学意义(P0.05)。经过多元逐步Logistic回归分析显示TG的OR值为1.414,95%CI(1.059-1.888);血糖的OR值为1.034,95%CI(1.018-1.051);收缩压的OR值为1.339,95%CI(1.098-1.633);GG型的OR值为2.289,95%CI(1.243-4.215)。结论脂联素基因-3971A/G多态性的GG型可能是CI发病的一个独立危险因子。

The correlation between adiponectin gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction

Objective To evaluate patients with acute cerebral infarction of adiponectin gene polymorphism.Methods Using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism of 126 controls and 150 cases of acute cerebral infarction adiponectin gene promoter polymorphism detection.Results In control group and the CI group genotype frequencies were 66.20%,26.40%,6.40%;82.00%,16.67%,1.33%,after analysis found that differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Allele frequencies of the two groups were 80.40%,19.60%;90.33%,9.67%,after analysis found that differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.CI group adiponectin gene-3971 geno type TG,glucose,systolic blood pressure were significantly higher（P0.05）,while the TC,HDL-C,nonHDL-C,LDL-C,diastolic blood pressure between the two groups was not statistically significant（P0.05）.After stepwise Logistic regression analysis showed that TG of the OR value for 1.414,95% CI（1.059-1.888）;blood glucose OR = 1.034,95% CI（1.018-1.051）;systolic blood pressure OR = 1.339,95% CI（1.098-1.633）;GG type OR = 2.289,95% CI（1.243-4.215）.Conclusion Adiponectin gene-3971A/G polymorphism of GG type was an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction.
