灵芝合并降压药治疗难治性高血压时血压、血糖、NO、微循环及血液流变性的改变

摘    要:目的灵芝合并降压药治疗 40例难治性高血压病人,观察用药后血压、血糖、NO、微循环及血液流变性的改变。方法通过显微电视电脑测量系统定量测定用药前后甲襞微循环的变化,并用常规方法对其血压、血粘度、血细胞比容、血沉、血糖、血脂、胆固醇、甘油三脂以及NO浓度(Griess反应)等指标进行测定和分析。结果三个月后大、小动脉血压和毛细血管血压均明显下降(P<0.05),毛细血管密度增加,毛细血管襻口径扩大,血流加快,微循环改善。与此同时,血粘度、血糖明显降低,血浆NO含量明显增高(P<0.05)。 NO浓度和毛细血管口径间呈明显正相关(r=0. 762,P<0.05);与毛细血管血压间呈明显负相关(r=-0.82,P<0.05)。结论降压药加灵芝对难治性高血压病人的治疗有效,尤对合并高血糖和高粘血症者最适合。治疗后微循环的改善还有利于预防高血压合并症的发生。

Abstract:Objective To cure 40 refractory hypertension patients (27 subjects in the treatment group, 13 in the control group) by Ling Zhi plus conventional hypotensors,and detect the change of blood pressure, blood sugar, NO, microcirculation and hemorrheology after the therapy.Methods To measure the change of nailfold microcirculation after administration by computer-assisted videomicroscopic system,detect and analyze the parameters such as blood pressure,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity, hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate, blood sugar, blood lipid, cholesterol, triglyceride and NO (Griess test) etc.,with routine methods. Results After oral administration of Ling Zhi (110mg t. i. d. ) plus conventional hypotensor for three months,the blood viscosity (under high and low shear rate) improved obviously,besides distinct decrease of blood pressure and improvement of microcirculation.Blood sugar also decreased significantly (P<0.05).Plasma NO increased significantly 1 month after Ling Zhi addition. There were positive correlations among NO,capillary density and capillary diameter. Conclusion Ling Zhi is beneficial to the treatment of refractory hypertension and probably improves hemorrheological characters and microcirculation via separate mechanisms.
