无痛胃镜中瑞芬太尼与芬太尼的比较

目的探讨小剂量瑞芬太尼在门诊无痛胃镜检查中的临床应用。方法100例门诊患者随机分为两组,每组50例。瑞芬太尼组（简称R）瑞芬太尼按0.2μg/kg,即0.1 m l/kg给药;芬太尼组（简称F）芬太尼按0.5μg/kg,即0.1 m l/kg给药。分别缓慢静注芬太尼和瑞芬太尼1分钟后静脉缓注异丙酚重点观察记录：呼吸、循环、麻醉效果及定向力恢复时间、不良反应等指标。结果R组比F组在麻醉效果定向力恢复时间指标优于F组。结论小剂量瑞芬太尼能较好的满足门诊无痛胃镜的检查需要,且安全可靠,平均药品费用略低于F组。

The distinguish of remifentanil and fentanil in painless gastroscope

Objective To investigate clinical application of low dose of Remifentanil in painless gastroscope. Method 100 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups, including R group （50 cases） and F group （50 cases）. R group and F group were administered with remifentanil （0.2μg/kg） and fentanil （0.5μg/kg）, respectively. The respiration, circulation, anaesthetic effect, recuperative time of orientation force and adverse effect were observed. Result Some indexes of outpatients of R group including anaesthetic effect, recuperative time of orientation force and adverse effect are better than that of outpatients of F group. Conclusion Low dose of remifentanil is effective and safe for painless gastroscope.
