白内障超声乳化术后切口漏及切口裂开处理

目的 探讨白内障超声乳化术后切口漏及切口裂开的原因、治疗措施及预防方法。方法 对13例(13只眼)巩膜遂道切口行白内障超声乳化术后切口漏及裂开患者进行观察，分析其原因，提出处理及防护措施。结果 13患者中，4只眼仅为切口漏水，经按摩切口，散瞳及加压包扎，视力恢复术后最好视力；9只眼切口裂开，虹膜脱出，人工晶状体移位，经对症处理，2只眼恢复术后最好视力，7只眼低于术后最好视力。结论 及时及正确处理可减轻切口漏及裂开对眼的损害，但宜强调预防发生。

Management of leakage and disruption of wound after phacoemulsification of the treatment of cataract

Objective To investigate the cause, therapeutic procedure and provention measures after phacoemulsification for the treatment of cataract. Methods Phacoemulsification by sclera tunnel incision was performed in 13 patients, leakage and disruption of wound after operation was managed.The cause ,therapeutic procedure and provention measures were analyzed.Results Among 13 patients with phacoemulsification, 4 cases only deviloped incision water leakage,their visual acuities improved greatlh by wound message, mydriasis and compression bandaging.Nine cases developed disruption of wound which inducing iris prolapse, displacement of intraocular lense,2 cases of them resumed their visual acuities,however, 7 cases of them couldn't reach their best visual acuities after management. Conclusion Management duly and properly might decrease the damage to eyes by leakage and disruption of wound,therefore prevention shoud be reiterated.
