痰中抗体包裹细菌对院内下呼吸道感染的诊断价值

目的 为了探讨抗体包裹细菌（ＡＣＢ）对院内下呼吸道感染的诊断价值。方法 痰中病原菌定量培养、鉴定及荧光免疫法检测ＡＣＢ及其抗体类型。结果 ＡＣＢ在含致病菌标梧中阳性率为６４．４％；在非致病菌标本中阳性率为１１．９％，二者差异明显。结论 ＡＣＢ与痰中致病菌（浓度）密切相关，对于院内下呼吸道感染的诊断、治疗具有重要临床意义。

The Dignostic Value of Antibody coated Bacteria in Sputum for Hospital acqured Lower Respiratory Infections

OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to oboerve the diagnosfic value of hospital acquired lower respiratory infections with antibody coated bacteria (ACB) in spurum samples. METHODS Quantitative culture of pathogenic organisms in sputum samples and immunofluorescence method were used to detect ACBs and their types. RESULTS ACB positive rate in sputum of pathogenic samples was 64.4% and that in mpm pa thogenic free specimens was only 11.9%. There was significant difference between them. CONCLUSION ACB are closely related to the concentation of sputum pathogenic bacteria, so it may be capable of important clinical value for diagnosis of hospital acquired lower respiratory infections.
