| 摘 要： | 目的分析常规心电图判断冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度和病变支数的作用。方法回顾性分析556例经冠状动脉造影证实为冠状动脉狭窄≥70％的冠心病患者的常规心电图检查结果。结果556例中，心电图阳性患者6813％，其中冠状动脉狭窄70％～79％组、狭窄80％-89％组和狭窄≥90％组常规心电图阳性率分别为63．1％、64．9％和70．9％，3组间比较差异无统计学意义（P=0．255）；1支、2支和3支冠状动脉病变组常规心电图阳性患者分别为66．7％、62．9％和71．9％，3组间比较差异无统计学意义（P=0．142）。结论常规心电图对冠心病的诊断存在局限性且难以准确判断冠状动脉狭窄程度和病变支数．结合冠状动脉造影结果．可增加心电图判断冠心病的准确性。
