| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大剂量安定治疗新生儿破伤风效果。方法分析1999—2008年62例新生儿破伤风病情、安定剂量与预后关系。结果治愈39例（62.90%）,其中轻型15例,中型14例,重型10例;好转6例（9.68%）,其中轻型3例,中型1例,重型2例;死亡9例（14.52%）;自动出院8例（12.90%）。结论治疗中在使用破伤风抗毒素、抗生素的同时予鼻饲大剂量安定疗效明显优于过去的常规治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Approach of result to large dose of diazepam to treat infantum tetanus. Methods Analysis on 62 cases of infantum tetanus relationship to state of illness, dose of diazepam and prognosis from 1999 to 2008. Results Healing well 39 cases （62. 90% ）, among the total light degree 15 cases, midrange 14 cases, severity 10 cases; improving 6 cases （9.68%）, among the total light degree 3 cases, midrange 1 case, severity 2 cases ; decease 9 cases （ 14. 52% ） ; automatic discharge 8 cases （ 12. 90% ） . Conclusion To use antitoxin tetanus, antibiotic at the same time nasal feeding large dose diazepam curative effect obviously surpass previous conventional therapy. |
