前列腺囊肿5例临床分析

目的探讨前列腺囊肿的诊断措施与治疗方法的选择。方法对5例B超、MRI诊断为前列腺囊肿的患者行经尿道囊肿去顶术或腹腔镜下囊肿切除术。结果经尿道手术时间30～50min,出血约20～70mL;腹腔镜手术时间100～150min,出血约30～50mL,术后皮管引流2d,留置导尿管1、2周。所有患者随访3个月～1年,无尿路刺激症状,无排尿困难,阴茎勃起与射精正常。结论B超和MRI是诊断前列腺囊肿的重要方法。对于靠近前列腺尿道的有症状的囊肿,经尿道前列腺囊肿去顶术疗效确切;当囊肿靠近尿道及膀胱颈的后方时,腹腔镜切除囊肿具有组织显露清楚、不易损伤盆腔组织、创伤小、出血少等优点,是治疗此类前列腺囊肿的最佳途径。

Clinical analysis of prostatic utricle cyst

[Objective] To explore the diagnosis and treatment of prostatic utricle cyst. [Methods] 5 cases of prostatle utriele cyst were diagnosed by sonography or MRI. Transurethral cyst derooting was applied in 3 eases and laparoseopie excision of a prostatle utrlele for 2 ease. [Results] The duration of transurethral cyst derooting ranged between 30 and 50 min and intraoperative bleeding was 20-70 mL. The duration of laparoseopie excision of a prostatic utricle was 100-150 min and intraoperative bleeding was 30-50 mL. During the follow-up of 3-12 months, 5 eases were treated successfully and had normal erection of penis and ejaeulatlon. [Conclusion] B sonography and MRI are excellent imaging modalities for accurately depicting prostatic utriele cyst. Transurethral cyst derooting is valuable for prostatic utriele cyst near to prostatic urethra. Laparoseopie excision of a prostatic utriele should be ehosed for prostatic utriele cyst behind prostatic urethra because of safe, effeetive, mini-invasive, fewer complications and rapid recovery.
