| 摘 要： | 通过对我校近3年毕业生就业情况统计及分析,包括总体就业率的比较,各专业就业率情况比较,各专业就业行业的分布,各专业就业区域分布情况的统计.提出今后应认清就业形势,加强对外宣传,广开就业门路,培育就业市场,加强毕业生的就业指导,转变工作方式,加强服务力度等措施.

| Abstract: | This paper conducted an analysis to student employment situations in the recent 3 years, including statistics about comparison of general employment rate, comparison of employment rate of different specialties, trade distribution of employment of different specialties, and regional distribution of employment of different specialties. It is suggested that employment situation should be clearly studied, approaches to employment should be further widened, employment market should be nurtured, graduate students should be guided for employment to change their attitudes towards employment, our own style in work should be changed to strengthen service for students. |
