摘    要:本文应用酶联免疫印渍法(Western Blot)对包虫病患者31例,健康人31例以及囊虫、血吸虫、绦虫、华枝睾吸虫、钩虫、肺吸虫和利什曼原虫病患者各5例的血清进行检测。结果表明,有90%(28/31)包虫病患者血清与羊和人棘球蚴囊液中分子量在60K、36K、32K、24K、20K、17K和12K的抗原组分起反应。尤其在分子量为32K、24K、17K和12K的条带更为清晰。该法敏感、特异、重现性好,有可能成为一种新的免疫诊断方法。

Abstract:Enzyme Linked Immunotransfer blot technique (Western blot) was used in detecting antibodies against E. granulosus. Thirty-one sera from operation-identified hydatid patients were tested with antigen loaded NG strips and 28 (90%) showed reaction bands with components of 60K, 36K, 32K, 24K, 20K, 17K and 12K of sheep cyst fluid antigen separated by SDS-PAGE in 5-20% gradient gel and transfered on to NC papers. Among those, bands of 32K, 24K, 17K and 12K were much more clear. For comparison 31 sera from healthy controls and 5 sera each from patients of cysticercosis, schistosomiasis, filariasis, clonorchiasis, ancylostomiasis, paragonimiasis and leishmaniasis were tested simultaneously. None of the tested sera was found reacted with companents below 36K, but some cross reacted bands beyond 36K were seen occationally, The Western blot Technique is sensitive specific and reproducible. It might serve as a new diagnostic method for hydatid disease.
