| 摘 要： | 目的:研究彩色多普勒超声在颈动脉体瘤诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析16例经手术后病理证实的颈动脉体瘤的彩色多普勒超声声像图特征。结果:颈动脉体瘤声像图特征包括肿块位于颈动脉分叉处、颈动脉分叉角度增大、肿块血流信号丰富。结论:彩色多普勒超声对颈动脉体瘤的诊断与手术和病理检查结果相符,具有较大的临床诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of CDFI in diagnosis of carotid body tumor.Methods:The results of 16 cases of carotid body tumor diagnosed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed,and the operation styles were also analyzed.Results:The localization of the tumor within the carotid bifurcation,splaying of the bifurcation,and profuse vascularity were the point in the diagnosis of the carotid body tumor.CDFI could diagnose carotid body tumor correctly.Conclusion:CDFI is useful in the diagnosis of the carotid body tumor. |
