HPLC法测定复方羊角颗粒中欧前胡素的含量

目的建立复方羊角颗粒中欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱条件为:Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(70∶30);检测波长:300 nm;流速:1.00 mL/min。结果欧前胡素进样量在0.0988~1.976μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。平均加样回收率为100.45%,RSD为1.5%。结论该方法简便快速,重现性好,可有效控制复方羊角颗粒中欧前胡素的含量。

Determination of imperator in compound yangjiao granules by HPLC

Objective To develop a method to determine the content of imperator in compound yangjiao granules.Methods The content of imperator in compound yangjiao granules was determined by HPLC.Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);mobile phase:methanol-water(70∶30);detection wavelength was at 300 nm;the flow rate was 1.00 mL/min.Results The linear range of imperator was 0.098 8～1.976 μg,r=0.999 9.The average recovery was 100.45% with RSD=1.5%.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of compound yangjiao granules.
