| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨 CT测定气管、左右主支气管经线值的方法并给出测定的经线值。方法 应用 CT摄片的方法测定了入住我院拟行肺手术病人 14 1例的气管、左右主支气管的内径和左右主支气管的长度。结果 114 1例病人 CT测量值 :气管内径 14 .3± 2 .1mm ,左主支气管内径 11.4± 1.6 mm,长 4 1.4± 3.8mm,右主支气管内径12 .9± 2 .1mm ,长 17.4± 3.2 mm。均偏小。 2所测 14 1例病人的气管、支气管的径线值存在较大的个体差异。结论 通过 CT测定气管、左右主支气管经线值的方法准确可靠。国人气管、支气管经线值偏小 ,并有很大的个体差异。
