| 摘 要： | 肾移植术后合并肺部感染，病情复杂凶险，进展迅速，处置稍有不当或不及时，即可导致死亡，成为肾移植术后病人死亡的主要原因。近年来保守治疗仍以抗炎、调整免疫抑制剂及支持治疗为主。由于炎性介质在肺部感染的发展演变中具有重要作用，连续性血液净化（continuous blood purification，CBP）作为一种持续性肾脏替代治疗（continuous renal replacement therapy，CRRT）技术，可清除各种炎性介质。我院于2002年4月将此疗法用于118例肾移植术后肺部感染病人，效果满意。
