复方甘草酸单铵联合雷公藤多甙片治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效研究

目的观察复方甘草酸单铵联合雷公藤多甙片治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和不良反应。方法选取我院2010年2月—2012年3月收治的200例寻常型银屑病患者。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组患者单纯给予复方甘草酸单铵静脉滴注,1次/d,同时使用外用药物治疗;观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上同时给予雷公藤多甙片口服,3次/d,同时使用外用药物治疗。两组患者均治疗1个月,治疗过程中严密观察患者发生的任何不良反应,在治疗结束时评价疗效,并复查肝肾功能。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在治疗过程中,两组患者均未见明显的不良反应发生。结论复方甘草酸单铵联合雷公藤多甙片治疗寻常型银屑病疗效满意。复方甘草酸单铵联合雷公藤多甙片治疗寻常型银屑病,疗效明显,且较为安全,不良反应小,值得向临床推荐。

Clinical Observation of Glycyrrhizin Monoammonium Combined with Tripterygium in Treatment of Psoriasis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of glycyrrhizin um combined with Tripterygium for treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 200 psoriasis vulgaris patients were randomly divided into obser- vation group and control group. 100 cases in the control group were treated with intravenous infusion of glyeyrrhizin monoammoni- um once a day, at the same time using the topical medication; 100 patients in observation group were treated for glyeyrrhizin um combined with Tripterygium, at the same time using the topical medication. Results After treatment, cure rate and total efficiency rate （84%） of the observation group were significantly greater than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; during treatment, no significant adverse reactions occur in the two groups of patients. Conclusion Glycyrrhizin monoammonium com- bined with Tripterygium for treatment of psoriasis vulgaris had good efficacy and high safety; it is worth to the clinically recom- mended.
