早产儿喂养不耐受的临床特征及影响因素研究

目的分析早产儿喂养不耐受临床特征及影响因素。方法选择80例喂养不耐受早产儿作为观察组;70例早产儿作为对照组。分析两组胎龄、出生体质量、围产因素等情况。结果观察组胎龄与出生体质量均少于对照组;宫内窘迫、窒息、宫内感染及呼吸机使用率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早产儿喂养不耐受与胎龄、出生体质量及围产相关因素有关。

Clinical Characters and Influencing Factors of Feeding Intolerance in Preterm Infants

Objective To investigate the clinical characters ＇and influencing factors of feeding intolerance in preterm infants. Methods 80 eases of feeding intolerance preterm infants were regarded as the observation group, and 70 eases of pre- mature infants were regarded as control group, gestational age, birth weight, perinatal factors in the two groups were compared. Results Gestational age and birth weight in observation group,were lower than those in the control group, and the rates of dis- tress, asphyxia, intrauterine infection and ventilator using were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Feeding intolerance in preterm infants may be related to gestational age, birth weight and perinatal factors.
