特发性少精子症生精细胞增殖与凋亡变化的研究

目的 探讨特发性少精子症患者睾丸生殖细胞增殖与凋亡的病理生理机制。方法 选择特发性少精子症患者79例,行睾丸穿刺活检,所取睾丸组织采用免疫组织化学技术观察生精细胞增殖细胞核抗原的表达,采用原位3'羟基末端标记法观察生殖细胞的凋亡变化。同时以5 例暴死男性的睾丸作为正常对照组,经病理证实组织结构无异常。结果 与正常睾丸生精细胞相比,特发性少精子症患者增殖细胞核抗原增殖指数明显降低, P<0.001;而凋亡指数明显升高,P<0.01。结论 特发性少精子症患者精子减少的主要原因之一是由于生精细胞增殖能力减少及凋亡增加造成增殖与凋亡的平衡失调所致。

THE STUDY ON CHANGES OF PROLIFERATION AND APOPTOSIS OF GERM CELL IN IDIOPATHIC OLIGOSPERMIA

ObjectiveTo study the mechanism of proliferation and apoptosis in germ cell of idiopathic oligospermia. MethodsSeventy-nine patients with idiopathic oligospermia were included in the study. Testicular tissues which were obtained by using Tur-Cut needle biopsy were observed under light microscope. Expressions of proliferative cell nuclear antigen (PCNA),rate of apoptosis in germ cells were detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ 3'-DNA end labeling technique(ISEL) respectively. Five testicular samples from autopsy were used as normal controls. ResultsCompared with the normal controls, PCNA proliferative indexes (PI) were lower(P<(0.001)), apoptosis indexes(AI) were higher(P<(0.01)) in testes of the patients. ConclusionThe current study indicates that oligospermia in the patients result from lower proliferation and higher apoptosis of germ cells.
