抗癫痫治疗前后儿童认知功能的变化情况

目的评价丙戊酸钠、妥泰与拉莫三嗪三种药物对儿童癫痫患者认知能力的影响。方法 122例癫痫患儿随机均分为A、B、C三组,分别应用三种药物治疗,于用药前、用药3月时、用药半年时对三组患儿进行智力检测,统计并对比三组之间的分数值以及三组内部自身前后对比。结果治疗前三组患儿智力差异无统计学意义,治疗3月时,丙戊酸钠组患儿智力有所改善,且明显优于其它两组,而妥泰与拉莫三嗪组则无明显改善;治疗6月时,三组患儿智力均有所改善。结论癫痫患儿确实常可伴有一定程度的认知障碍,该障碍可随癫痫症状的控制而得到改善;三种药物均可达到改善患儿认知水平的目的。

Effects of sodium valproate topiramate and lamotrigine on cognitive function in paediatric patients with epilepsy

Objective：To evaluate the effects of sodium valproate,lamotrigine and topiramate function in epileptic pa-tients. Methods：A total of 122 epileptic patients were randomly assigned into A,B,C three groups to receive sodium val-proate,lamotrigine or topiramate. To test the cognitive function,neuropsychological evaluation was performed before treat-ment,at 3 and 6 months after medication using WPPSI and WISC - CR. Results：In the 3th month of test,the WPPSI and WISC - CR scores in group A were significantly higher than those in goup B and C,while there were no significant differ-ence between group B and C. There were no significant difference of scorce at 6th month between three groups,and the scores after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment. Conclusion：Paediatric patients often followed with cognitive functional impairment,valproate,lamotrigine or topiramate can repair the cognitive function disorder in epi-leptic patients while treating the disease.
